Job summary

Early Autism Services in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist (RBAI) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. You will work under the supervision of BCBAs, in-person, across clinic, home, or community settings, with hands-on guidance to grow professionally.

This role emphasizes direct interaction, data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and the team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? We welcome you to join our dedicated team at Early Autism Services as a Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist RBAI. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment.

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBAI. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best supportand ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients.
