Job summary

Early Autism Services LLC is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? Paid training and supportive supervision are provided. Work under BCBAs, supervisors, and mentors in-person for hands-on guidance; no telehealth supervision or training.

Qualifications

• RBAI certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.

We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? No problem! We offer paid training, strong support, and clear career growth opportunities. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training!
