White Pine Senior Living in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our Highland Park location. This full-time role leads our care staff, oversees assessments, and ensures high-quality resident care in a memory care setting.

You must hold a Minnesota nursing license and bring strong leadership, critical thinking, and a positive attitude. Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service for residents and families.

• Maintain clinical systems and ensure accurate data entry.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents.
• Assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.

Pay Range: $39.00-$41.00 DOQ

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families

• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
