Qualifications

• 7+ years of increasing responsibility in workforce development or nonprofit leadership.
• Demonstrated program design experience in youth workforce development.
• Experience partnering with peer leaders in matrixed environments.
• Strong existing network in Bay Area/Sacramento youth-serving and employer ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with Apricot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/database systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Source youth through partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Formalize MOUs and partnership agreements across CA sites.
• Set intake standards and pace recruitment for CA sites.
• Address barriers with housing, documentation, childcare, and transportation.
• Oversee curricula delivery and incorporate digital/workplace skills.
• Coordinate data reporting for government contracts and funding sources.
• Align program standards with WA region for cross-state consistency.
• Serve as internal strategy voice on labor market and youth needs.
