Job summary

Healing Partners is seeking a Regional Float Nurse Practitioner to span assigned facilities within a defined region. You will plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care in long term care, treating chronic and acute illnesses and performing needed procedures.

The role requires an NP with active APRN and RN licenses, plus strong wound care expertise. Expect daily travel, a Monday–Friday day schedule, and collaboration with the medical director for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with NP specialization.
• Current APRN license in the appropriate state.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Float regionally to cover schedules and support local teams.
• Assess and treat chronic and acute wounds and related conditions.
• Order and interpret tests, prescribe medications as allowed.
• Educate PCPs and staff on wound management practices.
• Coordinate with medical director and other facilities.
