Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, workforce development, education, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in talent development, project management or workforce initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects, employer relationships, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting talent strategies, workforce planning or employer needs.
• Strong facilitation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting employer engagement or workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional workforce and talent initiatives and partner with employers.
• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship manager among employers, education and community partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordinate talent-related projects.
