The role partners with education and industry, building pipelines, credentials, and programs to meet employer needs and strengthen the Tulsa region as a destination for employers and skilled workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in economic development, education, business, public administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years in workforce/economic development, talent strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of workforce systems, labor markets, and employer needs.
• Ability to gather and communicate workforce data and trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience convening partners and driving collaborative action.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the Chamber's workforce and talent strategy aligned with regional goals.
• Produces workforce data and regional talent pipeline information for proposals and site visits.
• Builds relationships with HR and education partners to address talent needs.
• Convenes employers, educators, and providers to create pathways and credentials.
• Leads events and supports funding efforts for workforce initiatives.
• Tracks outcomes and measures impact for employer and investor goals.
