Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Wind Operations to lead a portfolio of wind facilities, drive safety, reliability, and performance, and support the continued growth of our renewable energy business.
You will coach Plant Managers and site leaders, manage budgets and outages, and collaborate with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, and Supply Chain to optimize asset reliability and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

As a Regional Manager, Wind Operations, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing a portfolio of wind generation assets, driving operational excellence, fostering a strong safety culture, and supporting the continued growth of our renewable energy business. Office-based leadership role with significant time spent at operating wind facilities, project sites, and field locations. Frequent travel throughout Canada and the United States, typically ranging from 30% to 50%. Requires visible field leadership through site visits, operational reviews, and safety observations. Must be able to safely climb wind turbines, work at heights, and access operating facilities, subject to required training and certifications. Safety-sensitive position requiring adherence to all company safety policies and procedures. Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Ranges from $135,100 - $163,500 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
