Flik Independent School Dining, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Wellness Manager Dietitian I to oversee regional nutrition and wellness initiatives, implement client nutrition programs, uphold menu labeling, quality, and compliance standards, and support campus nutrition needs. Collaborate with client health teams to align wellness strategies, coordinate events, and stay current on nutrition trends.

Requires RDN, state licensure where applicable, and background in corporate wellness and food

Qualifications

• RDN required.
• Licensed Dietitian (where applicable).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4 years corporate wellness experience preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification preferred (obtain within 12 weeks if not certified).

Responsabilités

• Oversee regional nutrition and wellness initiatives across assigned accounts.
• Implement corporate and client nutrition programs.
• Uphold menu nutrition labeling, quality, and compliance standards.
• Support campus/client-specific nutrition needs and contribute to account retention and sales.
• Educate operational teams on wellness standards and allergy risk management.
• Coordinate wellness events with regional marketing and culinary teams.
