Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a Regional Water/Wastewater Practice Leader in Raleigh, North Carolina. The candidate will lead and direct the development of water and wastewater treatment projects, oversee quality assurance, mentor staff, and manage complex assignments.

The role requires a minimum of 20 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, and a Professional Engineer license. A competitive salary range of $150,000 – $200,000 per year plus various benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License and ability to obtain license by reciprocity.
• Knowledge of and experience working with local clients in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee quality assurance of water/wastewater projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Manage technical coordination on complex projects.
