Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in water and wastewater consulting, design, project delivery, and client service.
• Professional Engineer license; licensure in Virginia and/or North Carolina preferred.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure markets in Virginia and/or North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the water/wastewater team in Virginia and North Carolina.
• Expand client relationships and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Provide oversight for planning, design, and construction phase services for water/wastewater infrastructure.
