Job summary

LE Wooten & Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within our Environmental Team. The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, client interaction, and project execution excellence.

The ideal candidate has PE licensure in NC and at least 7 years’ experience in municipal and private projects, with a track record of mentoring staff and delivering on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 7 years of Professional Engineer (PE) experience in water/wastewater.
• NC PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with clients on water and wastewater projects.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and work plans; manage to them.
• Direct and supervise project personnel to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide technical guidance and outline work plans; assign duties.
• Lead proposals including scope, schedules, and fees.
