Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Principal Industrial Water Wastewater Engineer / Sector Solution Leader to join its IWTO team in Atlanta, GA. This senior role focuses on growing a leading industrial water practice, developing key client relationships, and delivering complex water, wastewater, reuse, and resource recovery projects.

You will lead cross-market initiatives across data centers and other sectors while guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact projects with Arcadis quality standards.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of industrial water and wastewater experience preferred.
• Proven success delivering industrial water/wastewater projects for industrial clients.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and major capital projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, execution, and optimization of industrial water, wastewater, water reuse and resource recovery projects.
• Serve as Project Director, Technical Director, Design Manager, or SME on complex projects.
• Provide technical oversight of process evaluations, design basis, treatment technology selection, and construction support.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to Arcadis quality standards.
