Job summary

McWane Ductile seeks a seasoned Regional Engineer to drive major projects across the Western and neighboring territories. You will engage city engineers and officials, promote DI products, and support specification-driven opportunities.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 10+ years in a sales/technical capacity, with a PE preferred. Travel and CRM stewardship are essential in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years in a sales or specification-driven role (utility/construction).
• P.E. license preferred; willingness to pursue ENV SP, Assoc. DBIA, AMPP credentials.

Responsibilities

• Call on city engineers and specifying officials within the region.
• Develop relationships with engineers and officials through meetings and events.
• Travel up to three nights per week to support critical projects.
• Maintain CRM records for major engineering firms and code enforcement agencies.
• Prepare and present program proposals to trade associations.
