Job summary

ADS is seeking a Region Engineer to provide engineering oversight and technical leadership across wastewater and surface water projects in the region. The role involves collaboration with ADS Sales, operations teams, and client representatives to deliver quality analyses and reports.

The ideal candidate will hold a PE in one or more of the target states and reside near an ADS Field office. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited BS in civil or mechanical engineering.
• PE registration and 5+ years’ experience evaluating sewage collection systems.
• Experience with pipeline rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct engineering and technical aspects of regional projects.
• Define objectives for assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze field data and provide engineering resolutions as needed.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to solve client problems and ADS requirements.
• Prepare engineering reports and submittals with certifications.
• Plan testing programs and supervise staff and consultants.
• Support Sales with proposals, webinars, and presentations.
