McWane is seeking a Regional Engineer to drive major projects across the Western region, engaging with utilities, municipalities and engineering firms to promote ductile iron solutions. You will build relationships with engineers, attend industry events, and serve as the regional authority for DI products.

The role requires a PE license (preferred), 10 years of sales/industry experience, and willingness to relocate and travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM usage is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of sales experience with specification-driven products.
• PE license preferred; willingness to pursue ENV SP, Assoc. DBIA, or AMPP credentials as determined by the Sales Operations Manager.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database applications; knowledge of water/wastewater systems.

Responsabilités

• Call on city engineers and specifying officials within the region, independently or in support of Division Sales Representatives, emphasizing major national firms and large projects.
• Build professional relationships with engineers and officials through business lunches, dinners, and related activities.
• Maintain involvement in regional AWWA chapters and other industry organizations via meetings and committees.
• Attend relevant national, state, and local trade shows, meetings and conferences.
• Serve as the regional authority and primary resource for McWane Ductile products within engineering and specifications communities.
• Travel with regional Sales Representatives on engineering/specification calls to support their knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM contact records for major engineering firms and code enforcement agencies in the region.
