Job summary

A. O. Smith Water Treatment seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow the customer base and support existing clients via in-field trainings and advisory services.

This role focuses on the Wholesale Channel across PA, NJ, NY, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, ME, requiring extensive travel and field support to drive loyalty and revenue. As the trusted advisor, you will leverage resources to address water challenges, participate in program development, and build relationships with customers for sustained success

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential water treatment experience desired.
• WQA Certification is a plus.
• Travel 75% of the time.
• Experience in water-related or water-adjacent business is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans with the National Sales Channel Manager to support territory goals.
• Build understanding of Water-Right, Master Water Conditioning and AO Pro products.
