Job summary

Xylem seeks a Dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our business across Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Ukraine. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening distributor and key account relationships, and executing regional sales strategies to deliver tailored water and wastewater treatment solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in environmental or process engineering or related discipline or advanced degree.
• Knowledge of water technologies and applicable commercial/financial issues for export territories.
• Excellent two-way communication to present treatment products & processes to customers.
• Linguistic capabilities in addition to English desirable.
• Strong customer-focused account management and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and objectives in assigned areas.
• Develop and manage relationships with key personnel in prospective accounts.
• Execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Forecast sales by month, quarter and year; monitor progress against targets.
• Lead solution development and coordinate involvement of engineering/service teams.
• Oversee project management of prospects and ensure client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with product specialists and other resources to implement solutions.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
