Qualifications

• 3+ years of wastewater treatment plant operations experience.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods as required.
• Strong training and mentoring abilities for local staff.
• Ability to coordinate with Veolia management and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage of Veolia facilities during vacations and absences.
• Train and develop local technicians; create training materials.
• Ensure industry standards and best practices at all facilities.
• Support new account start-up projects with the SWOT team.
• Collect samples, test lab data, and document records accurately.
• Operate pumps, valves, and motors to regulate flow in WWTP.
• Adhere to safety programs and coordinate with maintenance teams.
