Job summary

You will assist with operation and maintenance, lab testing, record-keeping, and process changes to meet compliance. Training resources will be created and delivered to technicians across the region.

Qualifications

• Operate water and wastewater facilities and processes.
• Adhere to Veolia standards, safety programs, and record-keeping practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage of Veolia facilities during vacations and unplanned absences, on day and night shifts.
• Assist in developing and training local technicians across multiple sites; create electronic resources.
• Ensure industry standards, lab testing procedures, maintenance practices, and compliance.
• Support new account start-up projects with the SWOT team and train newly hired staff.
• Provide troubleshooting support and proactive decision-making at the site level.
• Operate pumps, motors, and valves to regulate flow to the wastewater treatment plant.
• Collect and test wastewater samples and record data on chemical residuals, turbidity, and pressure.
• Coordinate with management to maintain wastewater treatment equipment and optimize processes.
