Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Wastewater Operations Technician to cover multiple contracted facilities, including travel to sites as needed. You will support operations, perform lab sampling, and assist in developing training materials for local technicians.

The role requires flexibility for 1–2 week travel periods and potential month-long assignments. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, coordinating with the SWOT team, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage at Veolia facilities within the region during vacations/absences.
• Provide training support and develop resources for technicians.
• Ensure compliance with lab testing and maintenance procedures.
• Support start-up projects and coordinate with the SWOT team.
• Operate pumps, motors, and valves to regulate wastewater flow.
