Veolia Water Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking an operations professional to cover vacations and absences at multiple wastewater facilities. You will train local teams and support account startups while operating pumps, motors, and valves and collecting wastewater samples for testing.

This role requires 3+ years in wastewater operations, a high school diploma, and willingness to work day and night shifts including 12-hour rotations, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage of Veolia-operated facilities in designated region during vacations and unplanned absences.
• Cover day and night shifts with flexibility.
• Assist in development of local technicians.
• Ensure industry standards and best practices are used at facilities.
• Support new account start-up projects.
