Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician to cover vacancies across multiple wastewater facilities in Wisconsin. You will assist in training local teams, support new account start-ups, and help operate and maintain Veolia’s contracted facilities.

The role requires flexibility to work day and night shifts and to develop training resources for industry knowledge. You will collect samples, analyze data, and implement process changes to ensure compliance and optimal plant

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage of Veolia-operated facilities in the region during vacations/absences.
• Provide training and development support to local operations teams.
• Operate and control pumps, motors, and valves to regulate wastewater flow.
• Collect and test wastewater samples and log data.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory reporting when required.
• Coordinate with management and other operators for start-up projects and problem resolution.
