Job summary

HDR is seeking a Regional Solid Waste Facilities Practice Leader in California (Folsom) to align with the Practice Director and drive strategy, client development, and project delivery. You will oversee technical direction, coordination with regional leaders, and scalable growth for HDR’s Waste Facilities Practice across the West Region.

Qualified candidates have a PE license, 7+ years of PM experience, and a strong background in civil/structural/mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practice strategies with leadership and other directors.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
• Lead or participate in project pursuits including proposals and budgets.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to advance waste facilities projects.
• Direct billable work on waste facility projects.
