Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 3–5 years in inventory/distribution roles.
• Alternative: Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience; 5+ years with HS diploma.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, accuracy, and safety in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory management, shipping, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory placement and discrepancies reconciliation.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; hire, discipline, and terminate as directed by HR.
• Promote a safe and respectful work environment; conduct staff safety meetings.
• Communicate with staff and management; coordinate ongoing operational improvements.
• Provide oversight and direction to warehouse staff; HR duties as directed.
