Job summary

Stauffer Glove & Safety in Collegeville, PA seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee a network of warehouse locations, driving safety, efficiency and SOP adherence.

You will lead Warehouse Managers, develop staff, implement standardized processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with executives on site expansion and real estate planning.

Expect travel to branch locations, a professional office environment, and a focus on continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and 7+ years in ops management.
• 8+ years in multi-site distribution, wholesale, or industrial supply with budgeting and leadership.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of warehouse facilities and ensure efficiency targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and order quality; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct 3 site visits annually per warehouse, including one unannounced.
• Develop SOPs and standardized work across the region.
• Ensure safety program compliance and quarterly safety audits.
• Lead regional operations team and staff development.
• Collaborate with executives on site selection and expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability culture.
• Travel frequently to regional branches and work in warehouses.
