• Inventory Management & Control: lead cycle counts, RGAs, slotting optimization and related processes.
• Warehouse Operations & Network Optimization: oversee daily ops, QA, and cross-branch design improvements.
• Systems, Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: support software training and rollout, ensure SOP adherence.
