Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading multi-site warehouse, logistics, or facilities operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing through managers or supervisors.
• Background in plumbing, HVAC, or building-products distribution preferred.
• Experience applying Lean or continuous-improvement methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site warehouse, logistics, and facilities operations.
• Oversee fleet, routing, and delivery to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Develop leaders, set expectations, and improve performance.
• Establish standards across locations and drive cost control.
• Lead new location setup and facilities readiness.
• Manage budgets and EOS scorecard alignment.
