Job summary

Hubbard Supplyhouse in Monroe, NC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, inventory, and local deliveries. This hybrid role requires operating a 26-foot box truck, picking, packing, loading, and accurately processing orders with RF scanners.

You will work in a family‑oriented environment with safety as a priority, collaborating with warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active DOT medical card required.
• Driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean record.
• Minimum 2 years driving a 26-foot box truck.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or physical labor.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer and scanning-tool proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately based on order requirements.
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and secure loading of materials.
• Receive, stage, stock, and organize inventory as needed.
• Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas.
• Assist with other warehouse functions as needed.
