Mercer Advisors in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Regional Vice President, Community to build client relationships and drive wealth-management solutions. You will guide prospects through the sales process, coordinate with internal teams, and grow a high-impact client base in a fast-paced, national firm.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services sales, a Series 65/66 or exemptions, CRM & Microsoft 365 proficiency, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services
• Series 65 or Series 66 license required or eligible exemptions
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales pipelines
• Experience building relationships with and understanding needs of potential clients
• Strong time management and organizational skills in high-volume environments
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients over Zoom, phone, or in person to understand needs and present Mercer solutions.
• Leverage internal resources to create tailored value propositions for clients.
• Own sales pipeline from start to finish, converting and nurturing prospects.
• Act as a self-motivated leader in a fast-growing, high-visibility arm of the organization.
