Job summary

Mercer Advisors seeks a Regional Vice President, Community in Atlanta, GA who will build client relationships and drive wealth-management solutions. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a fast-growing, client-focused team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of financial services sales experience, a Series 65/66 license (or eligible exemptions), and strong CRM skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with travel flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license required – unless exemption applies.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and drive.
• Deep understanding of financial services and investment management.
• Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients via Zoom, phone, or in person to understand needs and explain Mercer services.
• Leverage organization resources to craft tailored client solutions and present a clear plan to achieve goals.
• Own the sales pipeline from start to finish, converting and nurturing prospects.
• Lead within a fast-growing, high-visibility area and pursue personal growth opportunities.
