Mercer Advisors in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Vice President, Community to build client relationships and drive wealth-management solutions. You will lead sales efforts, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and guide prospects from initial contact to a tailored plan within a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services sales, a Series 65/66 license (or exemptions), and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license required unless exemptions apply.
• CFP designation preferred.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred, with pipeline management.
• Strong relationship-building skills and understanding client needs.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients via Zoom, phone, or in person.
• Leverage resources to present tailored value propositions.
• Own sales pipeline from start to finish and convert leads.
• Lead within a fast-growing, high-visibility team and pursue growth opportunities.
