Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Regional Vice President, Community to drive wealth-management sales in the Miami/Boca Raton/Palm Beach area. You will build client relationships, present tailored financial solutions, and own the full sales pipeline with high growth potential in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The role demands 5+ years in financial services sales, active Series 65/66 or CFP-related designation, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license required – unless exemption to Series 65 applies.
• CFP designation preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience building relationships with and understanding the needs of potential clients.
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset with drive.
• Deep understanding of financial services industry and investment management.
• Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume environments.
• Strong computer aptitude in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients over Zoom, phone, and/or in person.
• Draw on financial expertise and organizational resources to present tailored client solutions.
• Own your sales pipeline from start to finish, converting and nurturing potential clients.
• Act as a self-motivated leader within a fast-growing, high-visibility arm of the organization.
