Mercer Advisors in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Regional Vice President, Community to lead client development and drive wealth-solution sales. This role builds relationships with prospective clients, collaborates across teams, and guides tailored strategies.

You will own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, mentoring others, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A strong background in financial services, licenses, and CFP designation are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license required – unless exempt by state rules.
• CFP designation preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and investment management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in high-volume environments.
• Willingness to travel.
