Responsibilities

• Lead and coach advisors to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
• Manage sales processes and performance tracking.
• Support advisor client meetings and maintain a personal client base.
• Deliver training on planning and products.
• Drive lead conversion through workshops and marketing.
• Partner with marketing to generate new business opportunities.
