You will shape strategic direction, recruit top talent, and mentor leaders to raise advisor performance and financial planning excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services leadership, building high-performing teams, and executing long-term strategies with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior leader in financial services, regional or multi-office.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and leading high-performing advisor teams.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into action.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and direction to Managing Directors throughout the region to drive growth.
• Expand the firm’s presence in the market and enhance advisor development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional objectives with firm-wide priorities.
