Prime Group Holdings, an integrated real estate private equity firm focused on self storage and related asset classes, seeks a Regional Vice President - Southeast. This role oversees regional District Managers, coordinates with home-office teams, and optimizes expenses to maximize operating income across U.S.

and Canada facilities. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations management within retail or similar sectors, a business-focused bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and proven leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within a retail setting or related field is required; self storage experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial planning experience.
• Proven leadership and team development能力.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional District Managers, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure effective communication between field teams and home office.
• Oversee controllable expenses to maximize operating income across facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
• Collaborate with COO and EVP of Operations on budgeting, capital budgets, and performance reports.
• Develop innovative strategies to drive rental activity, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
