Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Vice President of Service Delivery to lead regional operations across multiple markets and teams. This role drives KPI performance, standardization, and staffing, partnering with NOC, Training, and Product to ensure operational excellence and scalable delivery.

You will oversee Managers and Supervisors, guide transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with client expectations while driving digital workflow adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multi-site healthcare or large-scale operations teams.
• Fluency in operational KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Experience implementing standardized workflows and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple markets, Managers and frontline staff.
• Own regional KPI performance (TAT, OTD, quality, productivity, standardization).
• Ensure adherence to standardized workflows and compliance across sites.
• Forecast labor needs with Workforce Management to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Collaborate with NOC, Training, Implementation, and Product teams to enable operations.
