Qualifications

• Previous experience with full P&L management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for division operations and performance.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility including revenue growth and budgeting.
• Develop and execute strategic operating plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive profitable growth through client relationships and new business development.
• Lead sales, proposals, and account development initiatives.
• Monitor financial results and take corrective action as needed.
• Build a high-performing management team and scalable operations.
• Establish operating infrastructure, staffing, and reporting practices.
• Ensure compliance, service excellence, and client satisfaction.
