Job summary

The Standard seeks an experienced field sales professional to drive retirement plan product knowledge and sales across a large territory. You will educate partners and align with the internal retirement plans sales team to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in outside sales for retirement plans (401k, 403B, 457) and possess securities licenses. Travel and territory management are required for success in this role with strong prospecting and closing

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in field/outside sales selling retirement plan products (401k, 403B, 457, mutual funds).
• Must have experience traveling and working a territory.
• Proven results attainment in sales with quota attainment and strong prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large territory and uncover new sources of business.
• Achieve quota attainment and drive customer satisfaction using available resources.
• continually improve product knowledge, sales skills and competitive intelligence.
• Mentor others and improve practices to support regional and national sales teams.
