Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in multi-lines insurance claims adjusting and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual business plans and drives profitable growth.
• Establishes talent, management, and financial control plans for regional performance.
• Oversees activities of property and casualty staff for efficient branch operation.
• Facilitates communication between internal and external customers.
• Monitors work product for validity and accuracy for clear, correct delivery.
• Creates and maintains an environment of customer and colleague satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs.
• Travels as required.
