Job summary

American Vision Partners (AVP) seeks a Regional Vice President to lead the designated region with full P&L responsibility, driving operational performance and strategic growth. You will partner with the COO and CFO to execute inorganic growth and manage clinics, ASCs and optics for optimal patient care.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-site healthcare, 3–5 years in ophthalmology, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• REQUIRED: 5+ years healthcare experience in multi-site, multi-specialty provider practice management settings.
• REQUIRED: Minimum 3-5 years in ophthalmology.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the region with direct accountability for achieving objectives.
• Work with Regional Medical Director, COO & CFO to establish operating and growth plans.
• Oversee performance of clinic, ASC and optical departments within region.
• Recruit, build and develop a diverse regional leadership team.
• Participate in M&A due diligence and integration to support growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and productivity metrics.
