Novaris Search partners with an ophthalmology group to recruit a Vice President of Operations for the Southwest region. The role requires candidates to be based in or relocate to the region and will oversee 25+ Ophthalmic clinics and ASCs.

You will own regional financial and operational performance, drive growth, revenue, and efficiency while partnering with senior clinical and executive leaders to execute strategy and strengthen physician alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Ophthalmology leadership experience.
• Experience in senior leadership or accountability for a large P&L / multiple locations.
• Masters or Bachelors degree preferred.

Novaris Search are currently partnered with an established Ophthalmology group, seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the Southwest region. This role will require candidates to be based in or relocate to the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own regional financial and operational performance for 25+ Ophthalmic clinics & ASC's, driving delivery against growth, revenue, and efficiency targets
• Partner with senior clinical and executive leaders to execute strategy and enhance provider engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate with the Medical team, fostering & strengthening physician alignment.
• Lead multi-site operations, improving performance, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality service delivery
• Build and scale leadership capability while supporting workforce planning and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years Ophthalmology experience required
• Masters or Bachelors preferred
• Experience in Senior leadership or having accountability for a large P&L / volume of locations
