Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to direct the operations of the company's Skilled Nursing Facilities within a designated region, reporting through the Facility Executive Director and ensuring compliance with corporate policy and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a Nursing Home Administrator license, a BS/BA in healthcare administration, at least five years in multi-facility leadership, strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and

Qualifications

• A current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• A BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience in healthcare administration.
• Minimum of five years in a multi-facility position in long-term care.
• Demonstrated advanced leadership and strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Directs the recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, development, discipline and retention of qualified staff.
• Formulates budget assumptions, coordinates, inputs, develops and obtains corporate approvals; implements and monitors budgets for assigned facilities.
• Ensures facility assets are maintained and inventories are kept at proper levels.
• Supports development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance revenue streams and census.
• Ensures facility compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
