Cantex Continuing Care Networks seeks an Executive Director to lead a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while guiding daily operations. The role emphasizes fiscal oversight, policy implementation, and high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

The position requires a current Nursing Home Administrator license, SNF leadership experience, and strong budgeting, staffing, and regulatory acumen to drive performance and quality outcomes.

Formación

• Current and valid state Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable state/federal regulations for nursing home operations.
• BS/BA degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• Minimum of one year as Administrator/Executive Director overseeing a SNF.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and ensure the implementation of written policies and procedures reflecting facility goals and administration.
• Oversee recruitment, selection and training of department supervisors and ancillary staff.
• Meet with Department Supervisors weekly to review interdepartmental issues and budgets.
• Develop, establish, and maintain patient census at optimal levels.
• Assure compliance with the Patients' Bill of Rights.
• Prepare annual operating budget and achieve budgeted earnings.
• Represent the facility with outside agencies and vendors as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of assets and inventories; ensure safety and quality programs.
