Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead our multi-site operations, align communities with TerraBella standards, and ensure financial performance. The role spends four days weekly in communities and the rest at the corporate office.

You will coach Executive Directors, drive occupancy, monitor resident satisfaction, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while upholding TerraBella’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years’ experience in a Senior Living leadership role that includes Sales/Operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate TerraBella Senior Living operations in alignment with established goals, policies, and metrics.
• Communicate a clear, resident-focused vision to communities.
• Review resident satisfaction surveys and deploy programs to improve outcomes.
• Manage Executive Directors and ensure achievement of community and organizational goals.
• Develop plans to meet NOI and maximize occupancy while controlling revenue.
• Spend four days per week at communities, with remaining time at the corporate office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
