WCF Insurance Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead regional strategy and drive profitable growth from our Sandy, UT HQ. You will own distribution execution, nurture independent agency relationships, and align sales with underwriting and profitability goals.

This role is full-time and open to external and internal candidates with relocation consideration. The position requires a Bachelor’s in business or related field, a decade of leadership in P&C, and strong executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least ten years of progressive leadership in property & casualty insurance with sales/distribution focus.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss, underwriting alignment, and distribution economics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and distribution strategies to drive growth.
• Lead independent agency relationships, including appointments and performance management.
• Drive new business, retention, and balanced portfolio growth across states.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, operations, finance, and marketing to align sales with risk and capacity.
