You will prospect relentlessly, present Cogent’s Discovery Process to unlock profitability and efficiency, and build a strong regional presence. Expect extensive travel and top-tier earnings potential in a dynamic SMB-focused advisory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive-level, consultative B2B sales experience.
• Autonomous, high-energy hunter who thrives in a competitive environment.
• Advanced CRM and sales software skills required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and drive business development: secure 10+ meetings/week with business owners.
• Utilize a consultative approach to introduce Cogent’s Discovery Process to uncover opportunities.
• Establish market leadership and brand ambassadorship with regional stakeholders.
• Own strategic pipeline: work with in-office team to maximize client-facing appointments and close deals.
• Lead with performance; accountability for market results in a high-performance setting.
• Aim for aggressive targets: at least 35 prospect touches per week and weekly Discovery commitments.
