Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a top-performing Regional Vice President of Business Development to own a defined market and drive high-value sales in a regional, in-person capacity.

As an elite closer, you will lead prospecting, execute Cogent’s Discovery Process, and build a strong presence with business owners and stakeholders across your territory. Expect up to 75% travel and a lucrative OTE with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• , 7+ years of executive-level, consultative B2B sales experience.
• Autonomous, high-energy hunter with a proven record of closing deals
• Strong CRM and software skills
• Willing to travel up to 75% for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and driving business development to secure 10+ meetings per week with business owners
• Execute high-impact, consultative sales using Cogent’s Discovery Process to identify profitability opportunities
• Establish market leadership and brand ambassadorship with regional stakeholders
• Own strategic pipeline in coordination with in-office team and close high-value deals
• Lead with performance-driven approach, accountable for regional performance
• Achieve aggressive sales targets with a minimum of 35 touches per week and weekly Discovery commitments
