You will lead prospecting, apply Cogent’s Discovery Process, and be accountable for revenue growth, traveling up to 75% within your territory as needed.

7+ years of executive-level, consultative B2B sales experience.
Autonomous, high-energy hunter who thrives in a competitive environment.
Expert prospector with a strong track record of engaging business owners and closing deals.
Advanced CRM and software skills.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and driving business development: secure 10+ meetings/week with business owners.
High-impact sales execution using a consultative approach to Discovery Process.
Market leadership and brand ambassadorship in your region.
Strategic pipeline ownership: maximize client-facing appointments and drive pipeline growth.
Performance-driven leadership with accountability for market results.
Aggressive sales targeting: drive 35 prospect touches per week, secure at least one Discovery commitment weekly.
